Do not use any solvents or liquids to clean your Bluetooth® Sound Art™ speaker. Simply dust unit with a dry piece of cloth.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Thank you for your purchase. Sound Art™ warrants its products for 12 months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser, that this product, when delivered to you in new state, in original packaging, from a Sound Art authorized reseller and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship.

This product contains NO user serviceable parts. DO NOT attempt to open, dismantle, disassemble or modify the unit; doing so will void its warranty.

REQUEST WARRANTY

Replacing your Product Under Warranty

Please read our support materials and FAQs. If these do not resolve the issue, please visit us at: www.soundartusa.com/warranty. Fill in the information required and submit. After we receive your submission, a Customer Service agent will contact you within 24-48 hours.

 

In the event of a defect, Sound Art™ will repair or replace the product at no charge to the purchaser for parts or labor. The repaired or replaced product will be warranted for 90 days from the date of the return shipment or for the balance of the original warranty, whichever is longer. The purchaser must return the product postpaid with the purchaser’s return address and must provide a copy of the original sales receipt.

Sound Art™ will not be responsible for any losses or damage to the product incurred while the product is in transit or is being shipped for repair. Insurance is highly recommended.

Product Return

We are sorry to hear you need to return a product. Please let us help you to make this process as easy as possible. We would like you to be happy with our product - so we offer a 30 day evaluation period during which you can return your product.

Note that this offers applies only to products purchased at full retail price from www.soundartusa.com or Scottsdale Sound Art factory outlet.
